摘要
分析了电力企业人才资源管理中存在的主要问题 ,从企业领导的思想转化 ,企业人才管理的氛围和机制及人才的合理配置诸方面 。
The major problems are analyzed in management of the electric power enterprise talent resource.The discussions for this point are listed as follows,they are the thoughts altering of enterprise leader,the atmosphere and system of the enterprise talent management,and the rational arrangement and so on.
