Integrating Optimal Control System for Paper Mill

针对我国造纸行业现代化管理水平和自动控制程度较低、环境污染较重的现状 ,研制开发造纸生产过程集成优化控制系统。通过建立蒸煮、洗选、漂白、抄纸、碱回收和热电调荷的优化控制子系统 ,构造了集生产、调度、管理、决策相结合的计算机集成优化控制系统 ,并成功地在某大型造纸厂建成综合示范工程。

Due to the fact that the Chinese paper mill industry trails far behind developed countries in the modern management and the industrial automation,and the severe pollution,the optimal control system for the paper mill is researched and developed.The optimal control subsystems are introduced to braising process, washing and whitening paper pulp process,making paper process,alkali reclaiming process and optimal load dispatching.This optimal control system is the computer-aided control system with the combination of production,regulating,management,and decision,which has been applied to some important plants with good performances.
