摘要
较全面地阐述了印制板可靠性设计涉及的几个问题 ,讨论了干扰的耦合方式 ,分析了常用的干扰抑制和隔离方法 ,提出了可靠性设计的具体方法 ,可供设计者参考。
The questions of print-board′s reliability design are described. The form of interruption′s coupling is also discussed. The normal methods for the refrainment and insulation of interruption are discussed, Finally, a particular solution to the reliability design for power supply, grounding and lighting are given in the paper.
