摘要
本文根据Falconer(英)提出的易患性遗传度图表法和公式[h^2=2b,b=(xc-x_r)/ac]法,对遭受污染长达10多年的马踏湖区部分村民中精神发育不全的发病与湖水污染的关系进行了遗传流行病学研究。提示湖区患者属低遗传度(<60%)发病;对照区属高遗传度(>70%)发病。文中论证了构成湖区精神发育不全发病的环境因素,阐明运用遗传流行病学的理论(易患性遗传度)研究特定环境条件下这一多基因遗传病的可能性。
In this paper, according to Falconer's method of susceptible heriability chart and formula [h2 = 2b, b=(Xo-Xr)/ao] study on relationship between incidence of psy-chial underdevelopment of inhabitants in Mata lake district comtaminated for 10 years and water pollution were e rried out by hereditary epidemiological method. It was indicated that lower heriability (<60%) of patients in Mata lake district and higher heriability (>70%) in control district. Environmental factors eonsiti-tuted the psychial underdevelopmental disease in the lake district were demonstrated. The possibility which the multigenic hereditary disease is -studied under specified environmental conditions was indicated by hereditary epidemiologic theory (susceptible hereditary).
