对互联网上网服务营业场所 (即“网吧”)的治理 ,反映了我国行政许可的权力边界以及与此相关联的行政执法和政府信用问题。政府职能的严重错位和运动式的执法方式最终损害的将是政府的信用和形象。

Nowadays, law enforcing have made some progress , but many questions are to be studied ,such as the legal according and legal procedure.The abrupt way of law enforcing will harm the credit and image of the government.
