Government intervention:the theoretical differentiation between Keynes and Buchanan

本文首先对凯恩斯与布坎南关于政府与市场关系的理论进行了分析 ,理清其理论演化的轨迹 ,然后比较两者的异同 ,指出理论的有效性随着环境的变化而改变 ,对失效理论的因循将导致政府与市场关系的失调并影响政府的应有作用。

This paper analysises Keynes and Buchanan theories first to tidy up the routing of evolution of their theories, and then compares the difference and the parallelism of both theories, and latter points out: the effectiveness of the theories will alter with the transformation of the environment; and it will lead to disorder the relationship between the government and the market and affect the government function if we conform the invalid theories.
