摘要
回顾和平时期潜艇失事的历史 ,强调潜艇逃生和营救的重要性 ,介绍潜艇逃生和营救理论中关于营救时间、营救心理学、逃生医学和生理学等的研究成果 ,阐述逃生和营救的方法、过程及二者关系 ;详细说明广泛应用的集体漂浮救生舱、快速上浮脱险装置、潜水装具、深潜救生艇、潜水救生系统和潜艇营救舰等系统和设备的各国应用现状 ,国际上就失事潜艇展开的逃生和营救训练合作情况和开发领域 ,展望我国潜艇逃生和营救技术的发展前景。
The history of wrecked submarine in peacetime was looked back. It was emphasized for the importance of escape and rescue to distressed submarine. Given the resu lts of study on the theories of escape and rescue: rescues time, rescue psychol ogy, escape medicine and physiology, and so on. Explained the methods, processes and relations between escape and rescue. Described the status quo of escape and rescue equipment in world, such as: escape capsule/chamber, trunk for escape qu ickly, escape suits, deep submergence rescue vehicle, rescue bell and submarine rescue ship. Introduced international cooperation for submarine escape and resc ue′s training and exercise. Presented the prospect of our country on submarine escape and rescue.
