摘要
从制度层面入手,推动证券市场体制的变革,是防治证券违法犯罪的根本所在。新体制背景下,应结合证券市场体制发展的两大走向:金融混业经营与国有股法人股的全流通化,利用证券犯罪抗制作出回应。
The root to prevent and control securities crime is to promote the innovation of securities market system from the angle of system. The writer discussed how to response to securities crime in the background of new system considering two trends in the development of securities market system , namely, financial mixed management and full circulation of state-owned stock and corporation stock.
