摘要
建立了基于烟气成分分析的电站锅炉入炉煤质监测模型,利用较容易测量的烟气气体含量和燃煤灰分数据,结合煤中元素成分的相关性研究结果,通过软测量技术,实现了锅炉入炉煤元素成分和发热量的全面监测。现场试验表明:燃煤收到基低位发热量的实验室分析结果和模型计算值的偏差在-684~895kJ/kg之间。本文提供的入炉煤质的监测方法,容易与机组性能监测、能损诊断系统相配套,完成入炉煤元素含量、发热量以及机组运行经济指标的监测。
This paper presents a model of monitoring coal grade for utility boiler basing on flue gas compositional analysis. It relys on measurements of flue gas composition and ash content in primary coal,interrelated elemental composition in coal.The softsensing technique is used to monitor ultimate composition and heat value for fired fuel.The net heating value from lab analysis divagates from calculated value at range of -684~895 kJ/kg.This model matches performance monitoring system easily with economic operation index,coal ultimate composition and heat value at the same time.
