天然气汽车稀土型尾气氧化催化剂研究 被引量:3

摘要 研制了稀土-贵金属-过渡金属混合型天然气汽车尾气催化剂,对催化剂制备条件进行了探索,试验结果表明:所制备的催化剂对甲烷的转化率达到90%以上,在1000℃试验条件下未发现转化率有明显下降,表明该催化剂的热稳定性较高。另外,对燃料成分特别是硫和水含量对转化效率的影响也进行了评价。 This paper researches and produces a mixed oxidation catalyst of rare-earth,noble metals and transition metals for tail gas of CNG automobile.It studies conditions for preparing catalyst.Experimental results show that the change rate of catalyst prepared to methane exceeds 90%.The change rate is not found to lower obviously,which shows that heat stability of the catalyst is higher.It also evaluates influences of fuel composition,especially sulphur and water contents on change rate.
