1997年修订后的刑法第294条规定了组织、领导、参加黑社会性质组织罪,入境发展黑社会组织罪,包庇、纵容黑社会性质组织罪等三个罪名,这为打击黑社会组织犯罪提供了法律依据。本文对此进行了探讨,以期引起立法机关的重视。

The No.294provision in the criminal law revised in 1997provides the charge of organizing,leading and taking part in the black s ocial organization crime,the charg e of entering and developing the black social organization crime,th e charge of harboring and conniving a t the black social organization crime.These three charges provide t he legal basis for taking strong measures against the black social or-ganization crime.In this essay,the author expresses his opinions and expect the legislature will pay more attention to this issue.
