从鸦片战争开始 ,中国进入了漫长而痛苦的社会转型时期 ,构建在农业经济基础上的伦理道德逐步走向崩溃 ,加上中国传统的谋略文化、游民文化和建国后历次政治运动对道德的破坏 ,使今日中国进入了一个道德缺失的时代。道德缺失极大地阻碍了社会主义市场经济体制的建立和中国社会的进步。要实现中华民族的伟大复兴 ,完成现代化 ,必须提倡共产主义道德 ,遵守社会主义道德 ,吸收古今中外的道德精华 ,重建道德中国。

It is because of the decline of the traditional moral and the destroy of the strategical and vagrant's culture and of the political movement to make china moral absent which greatly block the setting up the socialist market economy and the progress of chinese society.It is necessary to advocate communist moral,observe socialist moral,accept the elite of all morals and to reconstruct chinese motal in order to realize the great restoration of chinese nation and carry out its modernization.
