随着中国融入经济全球化的进程加快,中国文化安全面临两方面的严峻挑战:自由主义西化论、新保守主义和腐朽没落主义是内部因素;和平演变和文化殖民主义是外部因素。因此,全力应对这些挑战,规划和构筑21世纪文化发展和国家文化安全战略,成为时代赋予的任务。

With China quickly participanting in the whole world economy,chinese culture faces two kinds of strict challenges--the internal factors are liberalism westernization,new conservatism,declay and de cline culture;the outer factors are 'peace evolution'and culture colonialism.It is an arduous task for us to rise to the challenges,plan and establish the development strategies of Chinese culture and safety strategies of national culture in 21 century.
