甘家口居住区改建规划,考虑了住宅商品化经营手段,探索了合理高密度设计的几种技术措施,其中采用了一定数量的9层住宅,达到了节约用地、资金平衡和改善环境的目的。
Ganjiakou condemned housing area re - development takes into consideration the housing com-mercaialisation as a means of management and has sought for several technical measures for the adoption of rational high desity living for which certain number of 9-storey blocks are designed in order to save urban land, and balance of investment as well as to improve the live environment.
