作者通过对北京市的两项访问和考察,就以下六个方面提出了中肯的意见和建议,即:城市地区规划、城市规划、规划程序、交通问题、历史地段和建筑的保护、城市管理与开发程序问题。
The author after two visits to Beijing and made necessary observation,made the following recommendations and candid opinions on such aspects as regards to the regional planning of Beijing,the city planning,planning procedures,traffic problems,historical sites conservation and construction,city management as well as urban development procedure and etc.
