Comparative Study of Methods for the Isolation of Spiders' Genomic DNA

分别用SDS法、SK2 5 1基因组DNA小量抽提试剂盒法、自制试剂盒法 ,对蜘蛛组织的基因组DNA进行了提取。经比较 ,自制试剂盒法为提取蜘蛛基因组DNA最简便而又有效的方法。

This paper compares the effectiveness of three methods for extraction the genomic DNA from spiders' organs; the SDS method, SK251 genomic DNA minipreps kit method and self made kit methods. The results show that compared to the other two methods, the self made kit method was one of the most convenient and effective of the methods tested.
