Purification of RAP and preparation of its polyclonal antibody

从04018金黄色葡萄球菌培养上清分离纯化获得相对分子质量约38000、具有激活RNAⅢ作用的RAP蛋白。用该蛋白免疫家兔得到效价为1∶128000的多抗血清。纯化后的抗体可以特异结合RAP并抑制其激活RNAⅢ转录的作用。

The purified RAP was obtained from Staphylococcus aureus,whose molecular weight is about 38kD.It was tested that RNAⅢcould be activated by RAP.The rabbits were vaccinated by RAP and the titer of antiserum was beyond1∶128000.The purified polyclonal antibody could specifically bind to RAP and inhibit the function of RAP.
