摘要 鼻腔免疫能避免肝脏的首过效应,有效地诱导粘膜局部免疫和系统免疫应答,具有远端共同粘膜效应,比其它免疫途径更简便、更安全,成为当今疫苗研究的重点方向之一。本文综述鼻腔免疫应答的细胞和分子机理、抗原释放系统及佐剂等方面的最新研究进展。 Intranasal administration of antigen can avoid the first past of liver,induce local and systemic immuno-logical response potently,and have common mucosal effect.It's more convenient and safe compared with other vacci-nations,therefore had become one hotspot of current vaccinal developments.We summarize the recent advances of the cellular and molecular mechanism,the delivery system of antigen and adjuvant of intranasal immunization.
