摘要
通过大量的研究报道,综述了转基因技术在改善家畜奶品质方面的研究概况,如提高奶中κ-、αs1-、αs2-和β-酪蛋白含量,增加溶菌酶含量,生产人乳铁蛋白和乳白蛋白,降低乳糖含量,使其品质更接近人奶。
Through many transgenic results,the author summarized on the improving milk quality of livestock,such as rising the content ofκ-?αs1-?αs2-andβ-casein,increasing the concentration of human lysozyme,producing hu-man lactoferrin and lactalbumin,deducing the concentration of lactose,and shortening the milk difference between livestock and human.
