The paper introduces a new kind of auto supervisory system on the dispatching decision making of railway, which has been applied to the Xinmi special railway of Zhengzhou City. The system includes the collection and the transmission of the remote digital data, the method of the computer network and so on. The system was delivered to the subscriber formally and applied in May 2001. Now, the system works well.
