摘要
分析了影响打浆质量的诸多因素,提出了打浆度软测量技术及盘磨磨损时间补偿的计算方法,并建立了功率最小优化模型,设计了实用的控制系统,节能效果明显,技术水平先进。
The factors affecting beating quality are analyzed.The soft-measuring technique of beating degree and a compensation algorithm of wearing time of the refiner plate are proposed.The optimum model of the minimum power is created and the application system based on this model is designed.It is advanced and effective in energy conservation.
