介绍了高效旋转式压滤机的结构和工作原理。该设备用于纸浆浓缩和废液提取,其主要参数为:入口浆浓4%～6%,出口浆浓26%～30%,生产能力30(50)t/d,装机容量22(30)kW,纤维流失率≤1%。
This paper introduced the structure and working principle of a high efficiency rotary press,a new type machine for pulp thick-ening and waste liquor extraction.The main parameters of this machine are as follows :input consistency5%～6%,output consistency20%～30%,capacity30(50)odt/d,power20(30)kW,loss of pulp≤1%and total weight 4.5(5.5)t.
