摘要
建立模拟烘缸缸体与缸盖法兰间相互接触状况的有限元计算模型,并用1500烘缸的应力实测结果验证计算模型的正确性。计算了1000~3000所有常用规格烘缸的螺栓力,在分析螺栓力影响因素的基础上,提出螺栓设计计算的方法。
The finite element mould is set up to stimulate the contact condition between the flange of shell and the cover of dryer which proved to be correct by the result of stress measurement of1500dryer.The bolts' stresses of all common dryers with1000-3000are calculated.The design and calculation method of bolts is put forward based on the analysis of the influencing factors of bolts' stresses.
