摘要
介绍用适度发芽溶解、科学干燥的黄豆芽粉及面粉、木薯淀粉、糖、盐、味精等为主要原料研制的具有保健功能的即食性食品。其中每加工100kg脆条需投入干燥黄豆芽粉30kg,产品经油炸、上味、离心脱油、真空包装而成。
This paper introduces the manufacture of a new type of instant food made from properly sprouted and dissolved scientifically dried soybean powder,wheat flour and marviocca as main elements,complemented with sug ar,salt and ag inomoto.Using30kg of the dried soybean powder for 100kg of crisp threads,the final product is made throug h a process of deep-frying ,adding flavors,centrifug al deoiling and vacuum packing .
