摘要
通过对采用平面楔合面内星轮的超越离合器的受力及摩损对其使用可靠性影响的分析 ,从而提出了用对数螺旋楔合面代替平面楔合面的设计方案 ,并对两种方案进行了比较。
The author analyzed the acting force and abrasion of the free wheeling clutch used in internal transfer wheel that lies in planar plane of action,and the result of the analysis indicated those situation will affect the reliability of the system.So the autor proposed a new design project use logarithmic helicoid instant of planar plane of action and at the same time this two project were compared in detail.
