Ⅰ、Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者血清免疫指标的对照分析

A contrast analysis of immunoserologic indexes in patients with schizophrenic typeⅠand Ⅱ

目的 探讨Ⅰ、Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者免疫指标的变化。方法 对 6 2例精神分裂症患者和 30例健康对照者的血清T细胞亚群及白细胞介素 6 (IL - 6 )的水平进行检测。结果 Ⅰ、Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者治疗前CD3 、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8均显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,IL- 6水平显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗后Ⅰ型患者CD3 、CD4水平及CD4/CD8比值均显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;Ⅱ型患者CD3 水平显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而两型患者CD8、IL - 6水平均显著下降 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗后比较 ,Ⅰ型患者CD3 、CD4、CD4/CD8比值显著高于Ⅱ型患者 ,CD8显著低于Ⅱ型患者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 Ⅰ。

Objective To investigation the changes of immune serologic indexs in patients with schizophrenic typeⅠand Ⅱ.Methods The levels of T cell subsets and interliukin 6(IL-6) were determined in 62 cases of schizophrenia and 30 helthy controls.Results Before treatment,the levels of CD + 3,CD + 4,CD + 8 T lymphocyte and CD + 4/CD + 8 ratio in patients with schizophrenia typeⅠand type Ⅱ were lower than that of control group(P<0.01),and the levels of IL-6 was higher than that of control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of CD + 3 and CD + 4 T lymphocyte and CD + 4/CD + 8 ratio in patients type Ⅰ and level of CD + 3 T lymphocyte in type Ⅱ patients were increased significantly(P<0.01),while the levels of CD + 8 T lymphocyte and IL-6 decreased significantly in both type patients(P<0.01).The levels of CD + 3 and CD + 4 cells and CD + 4/CD + 8 ratio in type Ⅰ patients were higher than that of type Ⅱ patients,and CD + 8 T lymphocyte lower than that type Ⅱ patient after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions The immunity function of patients with schizophrenia type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ is in condition of activation.
