水飞蓟宾-卵磷脂复合物对大鼠脑缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 了解水飞蓟宾 -卵磷脂复合物 (SLC)对大鼠脑缺血 -再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法  5 0只SD大鼠随机分为 5组 ,分别设为伪手术组、单纯模型组、低剂量SLC组(SLC - 1)、高剂量SLC组 (SLC - 2 )和Silybin组。以伪手术组做对照 ,观察水飞蓟宾和 2种剂量的SLC对大鼠脑缺血 -再灌注损伤模型脑组织含水量、病理学改变、血浆丙二醛 (MDA)含量的影响。结果  (1)除伪手术组外 ,各组大鼠均出现脑水肿改变。 (2 )伪手术组脑组织含水量低于其它各组 ,单纯模型组脑组织含水量明显高于SLC - 1组、SLC - 2组和Silybin组 ,SLC- 1组脑组织含水量类似于Silybin组 ,而明显高于SLC - 2组。 (3)血浆MDA含量伪手术组低于其它各组 ,单纯模型组明显高于SLC - 1组、SLC - 2组和Silybin组 ,SLC - 1组类似于Silybin组 ,而明显高于SLC - 2组。 结论 水飞蓟宾和SLC对大鼠脑缺血 -再灌注损伤均有保护作用 ;SLC作用优于水飞蓟宾 ,并在一定范围内显示出量 Objective To investigate the protective effects of silybin-lecithin compound on cerebral ischemic-reperfusion injury(CIRI) in rats.Methods Fifty SD rats were divided into 5 groups: pseudo-operative group(P-O group), model CIRI group, lower dosage SLC group(SLC-1), higher dosage SLC group(SLC-2), and Silybin group. All rats in above groups were made CIRI except P-O group. The pathological changes, the water contents in the brain and the plasma malondialdehyde(MDA) levels in the rats were observed.Results 1.Brain edema was observed in all groups except in P-O group. 2. Water contents in the brain were different in different groups: P-O group was the lowest; CIRI group was the highest; SLC-1 group was similar to Silybin group ; SLC-2 group was obviously lower than SLC-1 group. 3. The plasma MDA levels in each group were also different: P-O group was the lowest; CIRI group was the highest ; SLC-1 group was similar to Silybin group; SLC-1 group was obviously higher than SLC-2 group.Conclusions Findings obviously indicate silybin or SLC orally has a preventing and curative effects on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats , but it cannot totally block cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury . The effects of SLC in this aspect is more excellent than silybin.
