摘要
填料塔实验装置抽象于工业生产中常见的塔类热交换装置,在该实验装置上可以进行各种不同的控制系统研究与实验。该文介绍了实验装置建立的意义、计算机控制系统的硬件软件组成、实现的功能等。重点介绍了解耦控制在填料塔温度控制中的应用,控制结果表明该装置完全达到了设计要求。
The Packed tower experiment equipment is abstracted from a similiar towerlike heatexchanger in an actual industry.The paper presents the design idea of the experiment equipment along with a computer control system including harsware,software and functions.In addition,the decoupling control applied to the temperature control of the packed tower is illustrated in detail.The result proves that the experiment equipment can meet the requirements of the design.
