老年充血性心力衰竭患者甲状腺激素水平研究

Study on level of thyroid hormone in the aged with congestive heart failure

目的 探讨老年充血性心力衰竭患者血清甲状腺激素水平的变化。方法 采用放射免疫法测定 30例体检正常者及 6 0例老年充血性心力衰竭患者心衰期和心衰纠正后的血清甲状腺激素 (TT3 、TT4、rT3 )水平和促甲状腺激素 (TSH)水平 ,并进行比较。结果 体检正常者、老年充血性心力衰竭心衰期及心衰纠正后其血清TT4、TT3 、rT3 、FT4I含量间的差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 老年充血性心力衰竭的心衰期血清甲状腺激素分泌减少 ,而且通过rT3

Objective To study the changes of level of thyroid hormone in the aged with congestive heart failure (CHF).Methods The thyroid hormone (TT 3,TT 4,rT 3)and TSH in 60 patients were measured with RIA before and after correction of CHF.Results There were significant differences in TT 3,TT 4,rT 3 and TSH comparing with the normal and patients(P<0 05,P<0 01 respectively).Conclusion The thyroid hormone could be decreased during CHF in the aged and the consumption of oxygen and energy will be reduced by way of rT 3.
