精神分裂症患者智商和P_(300)电位的关系

Relationship between P 300 potentials and intelligence in schizophrenia patients

目的 探讨精神分裂症患者P3 0 0 电位与智商的关系 ,判定P3 0 0 电位在评价此类患者智力方面的作用。方法 对 4 0例精神分裂症患者和 38例健康者分别进行了P3 0 0 电位测定和韦氏成人智力量表 (WAIS -RC)评定。结果 精神分裂症患者的P3 0 0 电位波潜伏期延长 ,波幅降低 ,与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,WAIS -RC量表测验发现言语智商(VIQ)、操作智商 (PIQ)及总智商 (FIQ)均低于对照组 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。相关分析显示P3 0 0 波潜伏期与各智商呈显著负相关 (r =- 0 .2 8～- 0 .33,P<0 .0 5) ,波幅与言语智商及总智商呈显著正相关 (r=0 .2 9～ 0 .32 ,P <0 .0 5)。结论 P3 0 0 电位在评价精神分裂症患者智能方面具有重要意义 。

Objective To explore the relation between P 300 potentials and intelligence in schizophrenia patients and the value of P 300 potentials in appraising intelligence of schizophrenia patients.Methods P 300 potentials test and intelligence quotients were used for forty schizophrenia patients and thirty- eight healthy people. The results were compared in two groups.Results Latent period of P300potentials in schizophrenia patients were longer than that in the controls, and amplitude of P 300 potentials in schizophrenia patients was lower than that in the controls. It was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.01). The verbal intelligence quotient (VIQ)?performance intelligence quotient (PIQ) and full intelligence quotient in schizophrenia were significantly lower than those in the controls(P<0.01).There was a remarkable negative correlation between P 300 latency and VIQ?PIQ and FIQ respectively(P<0.01), and a significantly positive correlation between P 300 amplitude and VIQ and FIQ respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion P 300 potentials can be used in clinically as an index with intelligence of schizophrenia patients.
