膝关节造影MRI法评价交叉韧带损伤 被引量:3

摘要 目的使用膝关节造影MRI技术探讨其对交叉韧带损伤诊断的价值。方法选择不同配比的阳性造影剂在家兔膝关节上做成像试验,在此基础上对研究组(12例交叉韧带)做常规和关节内造影与对照组(10例)对比。结果对照组造影后均很好显示交叉韧带和半月板形态,无造影剂渗漏现象;研究组手术证实前交叉韧带完全撕裂5例,部分撕裂1例,合并后交叉韧带撕裂1例,后交叉韧带完全撕裂5例。MRI诊断符合11例,不符合1例。结论关节造影MRI比单纯MRI检查能更直接显示交叉韧带撕裂区域、范围和形态,对指导手术治疗意义更大。 Objective To explore the diagnosis value of cruciate ligament injury by MR imaging of knee arthrography.Methods Imaging experiments were done on the knee joint of rabbits by choosing positive contrast media with different proportion,on the basis of which,routine examination and artho-contrast examination of cruciate ligament were done in study group(12cases),and their results were compared with that of controlled group.Results The controlled group(10cases)showed the shapes of cruciate ligaments and meniscuses clearly without contrast media leakage.The12cases in study group were confirmed by operationas;5of the12cases as complete laceration of anterior cruciate ligament,one case as partial laceration,one case acompanied with laceration of posterior cruciate ligament,and5cases as complete laceration of posterior cruciate ligament;diagnosis results of11cases by MRA according with the condition,one case not.Conclusion MR arthrography imaging can display the injury area,range and shape of cruciate ligament more directly than only common MR,thus having more important significance of guide for operation
