摘要
目的评价双纹加压空心螺钉内固定时添加复合磷酸钙骨水泥(CCPC)对骨质疏松股骨颈生物力学的影响。方法采用16个股骨上段标本,随机分为两组,强化组和非强化组,强化组添加CCPC。结果CCPC强化可显著改善空心螺钉初始松动加载力,由灌注前的(192.7±20.4)N升至灌注后(328.5±34.7)N,最大轴向拔出力由(202.8±14.0)N升至(347.8±31.2)N,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论CCPC强化骨质疏松股骨颈后能显著提高加压空心螺钉的稳定性。
Objective To evaluate the biomechanics of internal fixing osteoporotic femoral neck by hollow-compression-screw with composite calcium phosphate cement(CCPC).Methods Sixteen samples of superior femurs were randomly divided into two groups:augmentation group,non-augmentation group.CCPC was inserted in augmentation group.Result s Augmentation with perfusing CCPC would improve the initial mobile reinforce of hollow-compression-screw,the initial mobile reinforce and the maximum axial pull-out strength for augmentation group,were as follows:raised from(192.7±20.4)N of postperfusion,to(328.5±34.7)N of post-perfusion,from(202.8±14.0)N of pre-perfusion,to(347.8±31.2)N of post-perfusion respectively.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Augmentation with CCPC could distinctly enhance stability of the hollow-compression-screw fixation for osteoporotic femoral neck
