摘要 目的 探讨CT仿真 (CTVE)对动脉粥样硬化病变的诊断价值。方法  15只新西兰大白兔 ,喂以高脂饲料 3个月 ,建立动脉粥样硬化动物模型。对其主动脉进行螺旋CT增强扫描 ,将获得的容积数据进行CTVE重建 ,将影像所见与病理结果对照进行统计学分析。结果 CTVE对动脉粥样硬化诊断的灵敏度、特异度、假阳性率、假阴性率、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为 68.75 %、71.43 %、2 8.5 7%、3 1.2 5 %、73 .3 3 %和 66.67%。CTVE检查与病理检查之间具有相关性 (rs=0 .3 2 7,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 CTVE对动脉粥样硬化病变具有一定的诊断价值 ,具有形象直观和无创伤性的优点 ,可作为其他诊断方法的补充。 Purpose To investigate the diagnostic value of helical CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) for atherosclerosis (AS). Methods In order to create the animal model of atherosclerosis, 15 male New Zealand white rabbits were fed with cholesterol diet for three months. We scanned the thoracic aorta of the model rabbit of atherosclerosis after injecting the contrast agents and transferred the volume image data to the graphic workstation with a virtual endoscopy software in order to reconstruct the CTVE images. The findings of CTVE images were compared with those on pathological examination. Results The diagnostic sensitivity of the atherosclerosis using CTVE was 68.75%, specifity 71.43%, false positive ratio 28.57%, false negative ratio 31.25%, positive predictive value 73.33% and negative predictive value 66.67%, respectively. A correlation was found between the findings on the CTVE images and those at the examination of pathology ( r s =0.327, P < 0.05 ). Conclusion CTVE can provide diagnostic information for the detcting atherosclerosis and serve as a noninvasive supplemental method to other diagnostic methods.
