高温作业者血浆内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽水平的研究 被引量:26

摘要 目的 探讨高温工人血浆内皮素 (ET)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)与高血压发病的关系。方法应用放射免疫分析法对某矿山机械厂 82名高温作业工人进行ET、CGRP水平的测定。同时以该厂不接触高温作业人员为对照研究。结果 高温作业组高血压患病率为 39 0 2 % ,高血压组ET水平明显高于非高血压组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而CGRP的水平两组间差异无显著性。结论 高温作业可致血压升高 ,其机制与维持机体血压稳定的激素失衡有关。 Objective To explore the relationship between plasma endothelin(ET),calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)and hypertension in high temperature exposed workers.Methods 82 high temperature exposed workers were studied and their ET and CGRP levels were measured using radio immunity method.Workers not working in the hot environment in the same factory were selectred as the control.Results It was found that 39 02% of exposed workers were found suffering with hypertension.ET level in hypertension group was significantly higher than that in non hypertension group and the control group(P<0 05);CGRP level,however,showed no significant difference between these two groups.Conclusions High temperature work may lead to hypertension and its mechanism might have something to do with the unbalance of hormone for keeping the blood pressure stable.
