Effects of Enzyme-containing Detergent Dust on Workers Health

目的 评价含酶洗衣粉粉尘对工人健康的影响。方法 对上海某含酶洗衣粉厂车间空气中粉尘及其酶浓度和工人健康状况进行调查。用大容量采样器采集空气样品 ,称重法测定洗衣粉粉尘含量 ,酶联免疫吸附实验 (ELISA法 )分析酶含量 ;用问卷调查、肺功能测定、皮肤点刺试验 (skinpricktest,SPT)评价工人健康效应。结果 空气总尘平均浓度为 3 97mg/m3 ,酶平均含量为 1 37ng/m3 。含酶洗衣粉粉尘可引起皮肤、粘膜的刺激症状 ,并对肺通气功能产生一定影响 ,其中酶可引起工人过敏反应。结论 接触一定浓度的含酶洗衣粉粉尘对工人的健康有不良影响 ,有必要制订车间空气中洗衣粉粉尘及酶含量的职业接触限值和职业接触指南。

Objective To evaluate effects of enzyme containing detergent dust on workers health.Methods Dust exposurc,enzyme concentrations and workers health were investigated in an enzyme containing detergent factory.Air samples were collected by high volume sampler.Total dust was weighed and content of enzyme analyzed by ELISA.Health effects were evaluated by questionnaire,pulmonary function test and skin prick test.Results It was found that the geometric mean concentration of total dust was 3 97 mg/m 3 and the enzyme content was 1 37 ng/m 3.The detergent dust could cause irritation symptoms;adverse effects on pulmonary function and allergic reaction might be found among enzyme exposed workers.Conclusions Adverse health effects may be seen among workers exposed to enzyme containing detergent dust.OEL for detergent dust and enzyme content and their occupational exposure guidelines are urgently needed.
