湖北省世界银行贷款结核病控制项目实施九年效果与分析

Analysis of the results of tuberculosis control project with World Bank Loan(1992～2000) in Hubei Province.

目的 分析湖北省世界银行贷款结核病控制项目 (简称卫V项目 )实施效果 ,为制定结核病控制的可持续性发展策略提供依据。 方法 依据项目手册对湖北省卫V项目实施以来 ,在制定结核病归口管理办法、监测方案、建立技术规范及加强县、乡、村三级防痨网建设等进行全面分析。 结果 1992～ 2 0 0 0年 12月 31日 ,共接诊可疑肺结核病人 5 772 65例 ,发现涂阳肺结核病人 15 742 4例 ,其中初治涂阳 10 6319例 ,复治涂阳 5 110 5例。初治涂阳病人平均治愈率 96.7% ,复治涂阳病人治愈率 93.8%。 结论 实施卫V项目取得了较好的效果 ,获得了可行经验 。

Objective To evaluate the effect of tuberculosis control project with World Bank Loan and provide the technological policy for sustainable development of tuberculosis control in Hubei. Methods To Analyse the effect treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients registered about making the methods of tuberculosis convergence case-management,supervising the scheme of the directly observed chemotherapy,strengthening the basic construction of the tuberculosis control among county?country and village according to 《Mannual for Tuberculosis Control》 in 1992～2000.Result Over a period of nine-year,577 265 cases of suspicious tuberclosis patients have been received and diagnosed,in which 157 424 infectious patients(containing 106 319 initially and 51 105 retreated infectious cases).And the average cure rates of initially treated and retreated reached to 96.7%,93.8%,respectively.Conclusion Satisfactory results have been achieved with the World Bank loan TB control project in Hubei province.
