综合疗法治疗常年性变应性鼻炎疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of combined therapy on 116 cases with perennial allergic rhinitis

目的 探讨提高常年性变应性鼻炎 (PAR)疗效的治疗方法。方法 联合使用类固醇丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂、抗组胺药盐酸西替利嗪和鼻内窥镜下筛前神经微波治疗 116例PAR患者。结果 随访 1年 ,显效 84例 (72 .41% ) ,有效 2 6例 (2 2 .41% ) ,无效 6例 (5 .17% ) ,总有效率达 94.83%。复发 60例 (5 1.72 % ) ,但 90 %复发病例的症状较治疗前为轻、疗效仍为显效或有效 ,无严重并发症发生。结论 综合疗法治疗PAR具有设计合理、疗效显著、疗程短、复发症状轻等优点 。

Objective To observe the effect of combined therapy for treatment of patients with perennial allergic rhinitis(PAR).Methods One hundred and sixteen cases with PAR were comprehensively treated with fluticasone propionate nasal spray(FPP),cetirizine hydrochloride,ethmoidal nerve microwave and a half-dose combined FPP cenirizine hydrochloride in a course of 4 weeks.Results After a follow-up of a year it was observed that the overall effective rate was 94.83%,excellent rate 72.41%(84/116) and effective rate 22.42%(26/116).Recurrence occurred to 60 cases and 90% of them with light manifestations.Conclusion The combined therapy is effective for treatment of PAR and be applied on clinical purpose.
