目的 :研究当归散超微粉碎对养血安胎作用的影响。方法 :对实验动物进行抗贫血试验 ,并观察超微当归散对其子宫平滑肌的影响 ,以比较超微当归散的药效学变化。结果 :超微当归散抗贫血、安胎作用皆明显强于传统当归散。结论

Objective: It is to investigate the influence of Danggui Powder processed by mini grinding on the pharmacodynamics. Methods: The pharmacodynamics was measured with the methods of writhing and hot plate, weight of immune organ, hemorrhagic iron deficiency anemia model and isolated uterine smooth muscle of mice. Results: The mini grinded one was markedly outbalance the traditional one in the parameters. Conclusion: The pharmacodynamics of Danggui Powder processed with mini grinding can be obviously improved.
