急性麻疯树果中毒86例临床分析

Clinical analysis of acute poisoning with Jatropha Curcas L.in 86 patients

目的 探讨麻疯树果中毒患者临床特征及其转归。方法 回顾分析 86例急性麻疯树果中毒病例 ,并结合文献进行临床研究。结果 全部患者均有胃肠道症状 ,重症合并心、肝、肾、皮肤损害。及时洗胃、催吐、导泻、补液和对症治疗 ,疗效好。结论 麻疯树果中毒患者表现多样 ,误食越多 ,症状越重 ,合并受损的脏器也越多。采用常规解毒及保护重要脏器功能的综合疗法 ,愈后良好。

Objective: To explore the clinical features and prognosis of patients with acute toxicity of Jatropha curcus seed. Methods: 86 cases were retrospectively studied and the literature were reviewed. Results: All of the patients appeared gastrointestinal toxic symptoms.The impairment of heart, liver,kidney and skin were complicated with severe cases.Gastrolavage,emetic therapy,catharsis,transfusion and antisymptoms therapy,which showed favorable effective were given as early as possible. Conclusions: The poisoning patients with Jatropha seeds have multiple toxic symptoms,the more they take,the worse their condition will be and the more there are organs damage.Treatments of general antitoxin and protection to vital organs are effective therapy.The prognosis is good.
