摘要
目的 :观察 2型糖尿病患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子 -1(sICAM -1)和可溶性E -选择素 (sE -selec tin)水平的变化以及降糖治疗对其产生的影响。方法 :应用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)检测了 2 0例健康对照和 2 7例 2型糖尿病患者降糖治疗前后血清sICAM -1、sE -selectin水平。结果 :⑴ 2型糖尿病患者降糖治疗前血清sICAM -1和sE -selectin水平显著高于健康对照组 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 0 1) ,而且 2型糖尿病患者血清sICAM -1和sE -selectin之间呈显著正相关 (r =0 .5 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。降糖治疗 12周后患者血清sE -selectin水平显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,但sICAM -1水平与治疗前比较无变化。结论 :2型糖尿病患者存在着血管局部的炎症反应 ,这可能是糖尿病人发生动脉粥样硬化的机制之一。降糖治疗有助于改善这种动脉粥样硬化病变的炎症反应。
Objective:To investigate the changes of serum levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) and soluble E-selectin (sE-selectin),and effect of interventions of glucose-lowering treatment on them in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method: Serum levels of sICAM-1 and sE-selectin were measured with ELISA before and after glucose-lowering treatment in 27 cases of type 2 diabetic patients and 20 cases of healthy subjects. Result: The serum levels of sICAM-1 and sE-selectin in type 2 diabetic patients were much higher than those in healthy controls respectively (P<0.01, P<0.001). Serum levels of sICAM-1 in type 2 diabetic patients had positive correlation with serum levels of sE-selectin (r=0.55, P<0.01). After 12 weeks of glucose-lowering treatment, serum levels of sE-selectin in type 2 diabetic patients reduced significantly (P<0.001).Conclusion: The inflammatory reaction in the arteriosclerotic lesions exists in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and can be improved by glucose-lowering treatment.
