摘要
目的观察贝那普利对原发性高血压心肌纤维化及左室舒张功能的影响。方法 A组 2 3例为高血压伴左室肥厚患者 ,B组 3 0例为高血压不伴左室肥厚患者。均于治疗前后分别测定血清中 型前胶原 ( PC )、层粘蛋白 ( L N)、透明质酸 ( HA)的变化及其左室质量指数 ( L VMI)、左室射血分数及 E/A比值。结果经贝那普利治疗后 :1A组 :LVMI和血清 PC 、LN、HA均显著降低 ( P<0 .0 1) ,E/A比值显著升高 ( P<0 .0 1) ;2 B组 :血清 PC 、LN、HA也明显降低 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,E/A也明显升高 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;3两组血压均显著下降( P<0 .0 0 1)。结论贝那普利可显著降低血压 ,逆转高血压心肌肥厚及间质纤维化 ,改善左室舒张功能。
objective To investigate the effect of benazepril on myocardial fibrosis and left ventricular diastolic function in primary hypertension patients.Methods 23 cases with hypertension accompanied with left ventricular hypertrophy in A group and 30 cases with hypertension not accompanied with left ventricular hypertrophy in B group took the measurement of serum procollagen type III(PCIII),laminin(LN),and hyaluronic acid(HA) as well as left ventricular mass index(LVMI),left ventricular ejection fraction(EF) and E/A ratio before and after treatment.Results After treatment with benazepril,①In A group,LVMI,serum PCIII,LN and HA were all significantly lowered(P<0.01),while E/A ratio was remarkably increased(P<0.01).②In B group,serum PCIII,LN and HA were obviously reduced(P<0.05) but E/A ratio was clearly increased(P<0.05).③ The blood pressure in the two groups were remarkably decreased(P<0.001).Conclusion Benazepril can clearly decrease blood pressure,reverse hypertensive myocardial hypertrophy and myocardial fibrosis,and improve the left ventricular diastolic function.
