摘要
目的探讨巨大型脑肿瘤术后近期出血和出血后继发性脑损害的预防方法。方法先后对巨大型幕上、幕下脑肿瘤 60例予以手术切除 ,将其分为瘤腔常规导管引流和自制球囊导管引流两组。分时段复查 CT,比较两组出血情况和临床疗效。结果自制球囊导管组术后出血 2例 ( 7.1% ) ,常规引流组 7例 ( 2 5 .8% ) ;自制球囊导管组无死亡 ,常规引流组死亡 3例。结论球囊导管在巨大型脑肿瘤术中的应用 ,对减少术后出血和减轻脑出血性损害具有良好的预防作用。
objective To investigate the preventive measures of postoperative bleeding and secondary brain lesions after bleeding in the patients with great brain tumors.Methods 60 patients with great supratentorial and infratentorial brain tumors were referred to the resection by surgery,who were divided into conventional drainage group from tumor chamber and self made balloon catheter drainage group.The patients were asked to take CT reexamination according to the different time periods,so that the bleeding process and clinical therapeutic effect could be compared between the two groups.Results Postoperative bleeding occurred in 2/28 cases in self made balloon catheter group which happened in 7/32 cases in conventional drainage group; There was no death in self made balloon catheter group while 3 cases died in the conventional drainage group.Conclusion Application of balloon catheter in the surgery for great brain tumors contributes to the reduction of postoperative bleeding and can effectivelly prevent hemorrhagic brain lesion.
