竹叶提取液对小鼠移植性肿瘤生长的抑制作用

Inhibition of BLE on Growth of Transplanted Tumor in Mice

目的:探讨竹叶提取液对小鼠移植性肿瘤生长的抑制作用及对免疫功能的影响,方法:观察不同剂量竹叶提取液对接种H_(22)-肝癌细胞的小鼠的肿瘤生长和单核巨噬细胞功能的影响,检测小鼠胸腺指数、脾指数的变化。结果:与对照组相比,大、中剂量实验组动物瘤重明显减轻,单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能显著增强,胸腺(脾)指数显著提高(P<O.05)。结论:竹叶提取液对小鼠移植性肿瘤有明显的抑制作用。

To explore the inhibtion of bamboo leaf extract (BLE) on growth of transplanted H^ cancer in mice and the effect of BLE on mice immunological function. Methods: The effect of aniso-dosage BLE on growth of tumour in mice inoculated H22 -Hepatocarcinoma cell and function of mono-nucleus histocyte were observed. The size of the transplanted tumor and exponent of thymus as well as spleen were detected after treated with BLE for three weeks. Results: Comparing with the control group, the size and weight of tumor in high or middle-dose experiment groups decreased obviously, while the function of mono-nucleus histocyte was enhanced significantly, and the exponents of thymus and spleen came to increase nota-bly(P<0.05). Conclusion: The results indicated that BLE can show a satisfactory function of inhibiting transplanted tumor growth.
