摘要 目的 :研究脊髓损伤前后脊髓组织内离子含量的变化 ,探索睫状神经营养因子 (CNTF)对损伤脊髓神经元保护作用的可能机制。 方法 :采用改良Allen打击法致SD大鼠T8脊髓损伤 ,分别于术前及术后 3天用原子吸收分光光度计测定脊髓组织中Na+ 、K+ 、Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 的含量。 结果 :脊髓损伤后局部组织Na+ 、Ca2 + 含量均显著增加 ,K+ 、Mg2 + 含量均降低 (P <0 .0 1)。用CNTF治疗后Na+ 、Ca2 + 含量明显下降 ,同时 ,K+ 、Mg2 + 含量明显回升(P <0 .0 1) ,但与正常组相比 ,仍有明显差异。 结论 :CNTF可能是通过调节损伤细胞内外离子水平。 Objectives: To study the effects and mechanism of ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) on ion contents in spinal cord. Methods: SD rats were subjected to incomplete spinal cord injury (SCI) with modified Allen method. Contents of Na + , K + , Ca 2+ , Mg 2+ were quantitatively measured preoperatively and 3 days after SCI. Results: Contents of Na + , Ca 2+ significantly increased after injury and K + ,Mg 2+ significantly decreased after injury ( P <0.01). The rats treated with CNTF showed relatively smooth change of these ions. Conclusions: CNTF may protected the injured spinal cord neurons by regulating the contents of ion in spinal cord.
