作者对乳腺癌易感基因BRCA1、BRCA2 的定位、结构、功能以及这两个基因发生突变与遗传相关的乳腺癌和散发性乳腺癌之间的关系进行了文献综述 ,以期为乳腺癌的基础和临床研究提供新的方向。

In order to provide a novel approach to basic and clinical research on breast cancer, the location, structure and function of the breast cancer susceptibility genes BRCA1,BRCA2, and the association of mutations in these two genes with hereditary breast cancer and sporadic breast cancer were reviewed.
