有机螯合锌对环磷酰胺模型小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用碳粒廓清法、二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发型变态反应试验法及溶血素试验法 ,观察有机螯合锌对环磷酰胺所致免疫低下模型小鼠非特异性及特异性免疫功能的影响。结果表明 ,有机螯合锌能明显增加环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下模型小鼠的脾脏指数和胸腺指数 ,增强单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能、迟发型超敏反应强度 ,提高溶血素水平。提示有机螯合锌能增强免疫低下小鼠的非特异免疫功能和特异性细胞免疫及体液免疫功能。 Carbon clearance test,hemolysin test and dinitrlfluorobenzene-induced delayed type hypersensitivity test (DTH) were used to evaluate the immunomodulating effects of Organic Chelate Zinc on Cyclophosphamide model mice from non-specific and specific immunologic function.The experimental results showed that Organic Chelate Zinc significantly increased the viscus index of spleen and thymus,strengthened phagocytosing function of the monocyte-macrophage system,delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH)reaction and enhanced hemolysin level.It was suggested that Organic Chelate Zinc could improve non-specific and specific cellular and humoral immunologic function.
