摘要
探讨了用微分电位溶出法连续测定血清中的铅和锰。采用玻碳电极同位镀汞 ,选择最佳实验参数 ,在硼酸 -氢氧化钠介质中测锰 ,在盐酸介质中测铅。经试验 ,该法检出限铅为 0 .1 0 mg/L,锰为 0 .0 6μg/L;RSD铅为 4.0 2 % ,锰为 3 .63 % ;平均回收率铅为 99.6% ,锰为 98.6% ;并且共存离子不干扰测定。该法具有灵敏度高、选择性好、准确快速、操作简便等优点 ,符合痕量分析的要求 。
This thesis discussed the continual determination of the lead and manganese in serum samples by differential potentiometric stripping analysis (DPSA). Carbon paste electrode was used as a working electrode. The best experimental conditions were selected. Determining manganese was in the solution of boric acid and sodium hydroxide and determining lead was in the solution of hydrochloric acid. The following were the results .The method of the detection limitation of the lead and manganese were 0.10mg/L and 0.06 μg/L respectively, relative standard deviation were 4.02% and 3.63%, the average recovery for serum samples were 99.6% and 98.6%, and the interrupting experiment of co-existing ions was also given. The advantages of the method have high sensitivity, great accuracy, quickness and simple operation. The method can be suitable for trace analysis and development in most general laboratories.
