摘要
目的 :检测分析MF - 2消毒剂的水和醇溶液破坏HBsAg作用 ,为饮水及临床应用提供依据。 方法 :应用RIA法制备HBsAg标准曲线 ,测定水溶液对HBsAg标准液 ( 5 0ng/ml)的灭活率。应用SPRIA法测定CPM值 ,检验醇溶液对乙肝病人血清 (HBsAgS/N值 76 6)的破坏。 结果 :0 0 8%水溶液与HBsAg作用 10min和3 0min ,灭活率为 63 %和 66%。 0 5 %的醇溶液 ( 75 % )对 1∶10乙肝病人血清作用 15min ,其S/N比值全部小于2 1。结论 :不同浓度的水溶液对HBsAg有一定破坏作用 。
Objective:Analyze the destructive effect of the water and ethanol solution of MF-2 disinfectant on HbsAg,Providing basis for drinking water and clinical disinfection.Methods:Prepare the standard curve of Hbsag by RIA method and mensure the deactivate ratio of MF-2 water solution on HbsAg standard solution (50ng/ml).Mensure CPM figures by SPRIA method and detect the destructive effect of ethanol solution on serum of HBs patient.Results:After the action of 0 08% water solution and HbsAg for 10and 30 mins the destructive ratio is 63% and 66%.The action of 0 5% ethanol and 1∶10 serum of Hbs patient for 15mins,All the S/N ratio are less than 2 1.Conclusion:Different concentrations of water solution of MF-2 disinfectant have certain destructive effect on HBsAg and ethanol has cooperative effect with water solution.
