摘要
目的 :观察川芎嗪对大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法 :采用前房灌注生理盐水 ,形成13 0mmHg ( 17 3kpa)高眼压 ,诱导大鼠视网膜缺血 60min ,解除高眼压 ,建立RIR模型。治疗组 ,在缺血前3 0min和再灌注开始时 ,予川芎嗪 80mg/kg腹腔注射。对照组予等量生理盐水。缺血 60min ,再灌注 3 0min、2 4h、 72h测定视网膜丙二醛含量 ,再灌注 168h作光镜观察。结果 :川芎嗪治疗组视网膜中丙二醛含量较对照组显著性降低 (P <0 0 1)。组织病理学显示川芎嗪治疗组损害减轻。结论
Objective:To observe the effects of ligustrazin against ischemia reperfusion injury in the rat retina.Methods:Retinal ischemia was induced in SD rats by raising the intraocular pressure to 130mmHg(17 3Kpa) for 60 min.viacannulation into the anterior chember,immediately reperfusion was formed once releasing the pressure in the rat.The rats in the treatment group were adminsered an intraperitoneal injection of ligustrazin at a dose of 80mg/kg,the same dose of 0 9% sodium chloride was administered in the control group 30 min before ischemia induction and immediately after reperfusion.The content of malandialdehydre(MDA) in the rat retinas was measured at 30min?24h?72h after 60min ischemia,light microscopy was also observed at 168h after 60min ischemia.Results:At 30min?24h?72h after 60min ischemia,the content of retinal MDA was significantly decreased by treatments with ligustrazin compared with the content of retinal MDA in the control group.The histpathologic changes of retina in the control group were more serious compared with the treatment group with ligustrazin.Conclusion:It suggests that ligustrazin may provide protection against retinal ischemia reperfusion injury.
