隆乳术后纤维包膜挛缩的手术治疗

TREATMENT OF FIBROUS CAPSULE CONTRACTURE AFTER AUGMENTATION MAMMAPLASTY

目的:探讨胸大肌后间隙乳房假体置入术后,由纤维包膜挛缩所致各种远期并发症的手术治疗。方法:经乳晕切口行假体置换术,将原纤维包膜切除后,针对手感硬、乳房变形、乳头异位等并发症进行了相应的手术处理及局部应用康宁克通A。结果:2001年1月至2002年1月治疗21例,均取得了满意效果。结论:置换假体结合对症处理可有效的治疗隆乳术后纤维包膜挛缩所致的各种并发症,切除原纤维包膜加康宁克通A的局部应用可获得较好的效果。

Objective:To explore the treatment of fibrous c apsule after augmentation mammapla sty with mammary prosthesis.Methods :Under the rule not to remore the fibro us capsutes,operations of breast im plant replacement and other treatme nt with triamcinolone in-cluding capsular relaxtion to corre ct mammary deformation and mammaill ary suspension via periareola round block suturing.Results:2000January to 2001January all the c ases achiered satisfactory results.Conclusions:Breast implant replacement combined with capsular relaxing or mammaillary suspending was effective in correcting the comp tictions caused by capsular contrac ture after augmention mammaplasty,Renioving the contacted capsules with triamcinolone migh t reath better results.
